1. Services Provided

APPRAISE.PH offers property appraisals for residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties. Our valuations are professional opinions of value and should not be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete property details. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of the appraisal.

3. Fees and Payment

A 50% advance payment is required before starting the appraisal process, with the remaining balance due upon report delivery.

4. Appraisal Reports

All reports comply with Philippine Valuation Standards. The report provided is for the client's personal use and should not be shared or reproduced without prior consent from APPRAISE.PH.

5. Liability

APPRAISE.PH is not liable for any decisions made based on the appraisal report. Our valuations represent professional opinions based on available data and market conditions at the time of the appraisal.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are accepted free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation. After that period, fees may apply. No refunds are issued for completed appraisals.

7. Changes to Terms

APPRAISE.PH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
