Appraise.ph offers property appraisal services for residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties. The services we provide are for valuation purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property. Any inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of the appraisal report.
Our appraisal services are subject to fees, which will be agreed upon before the commencement of the service. A 50% advance payment is required before starting the appraisal process, with the remaining balance due upon report delivery.
All appraisal reports are prepared in compliance with the standards set by the Philippine Valuation Standards (PVS). The report provided is for the client's personal use and should not be shared or reproduced without prior consent from Appraise.ph.
While we ensure accurate and thorough appraisals, Appraise.ph is not liable for any decisions made based on the appraisal report. Clients are advised to consult other professionals for financial or legal advice.
Clients may cancel the appraisal request within 24 hours of booking without charge. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds for services already rendered are not available.
Appraise.ph reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
